The Tennessee Quality Milk Initiative is a grassroots effort to improve milk quality not only in Tennessee, but also throughout the Southern Region. The goal of this reference center is to provide science-based information to dairy producers and others in the dairy industry on the production of quality milk and help realize the profitability and sustainability associated with quality milk production.
